How it works
One record. Three simple steps.
Log what happened, when it happened. There is no daily streak to maintain and no pressure to create an entry when nothing occurred.
Choose
Select the stool type that best matches what you observed.
Save
Use the current date and time, or adjust them when logging later.
Review
Return to your history when you want to see previous records.
Your summaries describe recorded entries. An unlogged day is not proof that no bowel movement occurred.
The Gut Elements approach
Private records. Clear limits.
The current app keeps logs on your device, with no account and no cloud backup. It helps you maintain a history; it does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatments.
- 01Keep logging simple
Choose a type and save. No long health questionnaire.
- 02No forced daily routine
Record real bowel movements, not entries for a streak.
- 03Describe, don't diagnose
Counts and distributions are summaries of your logs.
- 04Explain data limits
Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local records. There is no export or backup in the current version.
